First thing.. Today we finished up an enhancement to the first grade edition of Meghan’s Memory Game. Changes included an enlarged set of cards on level one which creates a more pleasing visual appearance. We also adjusted the score and tries counter to reset when beginning a new game and corrected a spelling error on the score board. These enhancements once approved by the App Store are included in version 1.1 which is a free upgrade to anyone who already purchased the game. Next up, we plan on adding in a high score board and then we will be adding the ability to adjust/create lists of words to choose from. The lists will create a way for parents and teachers to align the game with words the student is currently working on in the classroom.

Second thing… We have been contacted by a application review site dedicated to educational applications and their use in the classroom. This is a fantastic resource and one that I am sure will prove invaluable for feedback as our applications progress. The site is called I Educate Apps Review and hopefully a review of Meghan’s Memory game will be available soon.
